Head of SEO Department

Wizard is seeking to hire a Head of SEO with high experience. Wizard Agency is a fast growing digital agency focused on performance marketing. You will be responsible for managing day to day SEO clients, forming strategy for existing and potential customers.
Daily Routine:
  • Build SEO Strategy for existing and potential clients
  • Technical audit and consulting guidelines to devs for canonicals, no index, sitemap, hreflang implementation, redirects, breadcrumbs etc
  • Content audit and consulting guides for meta (titles, descriptions, URLS),
  • Content development consulting and guidelines for content optimization to copywriters. (headings, images etc)
  • Link Building strategy in collaboration with link brokers and direct with sites
  • Handle day to day activities for existing clients
  • Daily monitoring of client’s KPIs/Rankings and SEO performance and proposing new tactics if necessary
  • Oversee creation of monthly reports for clients
  • Present and execute full strategy plan to existing or potential customers
  • Organize the department efficiently. Monthly reports to Managing Director
  • Stay updated on new features, technologies etc.
  • Comfortable in talking to clients
  • Excellent Organisation & accountability
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven prior experience (agency or client side) in managing complex SEO projects
  • BA or BS. MA or MS preferred
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about online advertising and ecommerce
  • Experience on Google’s properties, Google analytics, Google Search Console etc.
  • Deep Knowledge of Ahrefs, screaming frog tools
  • Hard working but innovative spirit
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and presentation skills

Performance Marketing Specialist

SEM Wizard seeks to recruit a Performance Marketing Specialist to join one of its fastest growing units. The candidate will be responsible for designing and managing campaigns including SEM, Paid Social, CRO & Analytics, Remarketing, Performance Display & Programmatic.
Daily Routine:
  • Design, plan and execute acquisition and sales campaigns via digital media (Google Ads - Search, Display YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.)
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting of each campaign including interpretation, commentary and recommendations.
  • Testing, Data analysis and ROI Optimization are part of your daily routine, therefore you must be expert in Web Analytics and Excel.
  • Reporting to clients on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis based on client needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with other business units and partners.
  • Coordinate with accounting dept. about billing and invoicing issues relevant to digital media campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends & best practices and evaluate emerging performance marketing technologies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years prior experience (agency or client side) in managing complex media accounts (Google Ads & Facebook).
  • Google Ads & Analytics certified.
  • Experience in display advertising and remarketing.
  • Highly Proficient in MS-Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas etc).
  • Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills.
  • Degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.
